Raifu's 2021 pepper growlist

This post was updated on .
This list is not finalized.

Okay, in 2021, I plan to focus primarily on sweet peppers, including several orange sweet peppers.

This is mostly the beginning of a breeding project. I'm hoping to breed prolific, early, purple/orange, medium-sized, cone-shaped, thick-walled sweet peppers with great taste, which resist sunscald even when exposed to direct sun, but I'm open to other types of sweet peppers, too, of course, as long as they're awesome. I plan to continue this project indefinitely, until further notice.

I plan to grow the ones from my saved seeds and trades that may or may not be crossed with hot peppers in one location, with black plastic, and the store-bought seeds in another location, with mulch and/or in containers.

An asterisk in front of the name means I plan to grow multiples of it, if I have room. I may grow multiples of others, too. I might grow multiples of all the orange ones, if I have room, though. The reason for the multiples is to create a stronger bias for certain traits for crosses.
