... sure if they compared raw donkey milk to other raw milks (or if they only compared it to pasteurized cow milk). Whatever the case, I'm not skeptical about raw milks, personally, but getting it in pill form might involve other things than anticipated.
..., there are still reasons a person might want to do it. 1. Increased iodine content in your food (not everyone wants to use iodized salt for their only source of iodine). 2. Increased fungus-reistance. 3. Increased shelf-life. 4. The pre-transplant boost it talks about in the article.
That is, assuming all those things are true.

* Milk (a liberal amount)

* Parmesian cheese (a liberal amount is fine)

Blend up the quart of...
... cheese flavor more; the cream cheese flavor definitely, but probably the cheese powder, too); since I don't add milk, I leave a little water in instead of draining it all out. It's excellent that way.
Butter and evaporated milk also work instead of regular milk and butter (it just tastes a little richer), if you don't want to keep more perishable milk around.
... (as well as frosted shredded wheat types), but I've decided I should avoid them. Something about them doesn't seem to agree with me.
I've only had Corn Chex this year, however.
I'm not sure how my body will like the various rice cereals, yet.

That's pretty much it. Of course, not all of those things apply to milk.
